We handle real property litigation and appeals, fair housing complaints, and evictions. Our clients include small and medium-sized businesses, large apartment complexes, property management firms, and individual property owners and landlords.
We represent both commercial landlords and commercial tenants. For residential properties, we almost exclusively represent landlords. Residential tenants may want to contact the local Housing Justice Project or the Northwest Justice Project.
