About

We are a boutique law firm focused on landlord-tenant and real property law.

Our attorney Travis Scott Eller has been practicing landlord-tenant law in Washington for more than twenty-five years. He has handled many hundreds of eviction cases and civil lawsuits through hearings, trials, and appeals. Mr. Eller frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars on landlord-tenant matters.

After scoring 96th percentile on the LSAT, earning a law school scholarship, and serving on the Moot Court Board in law school, Mr. Eller went on to achieve the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s “Advocate” designation. He worked for other firms for several years and then started his own legal practice in 2003. He enjoys chess, golf, travel, fitness, and has been active in Toastmasters and Rotary.

Our office handles evictions on a volume basis, but we devote time to making sure clients are prepared and confident for any necessary court appearances.

Attorney Travis Scott Eller has more than a quarter-century of experience and has handled thousands of landlord-tenant and eviction cases and business litigation cases through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate courts.

Attorney Travis Eller frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars. Mr. Eller has appeared on discussion panels for the King County Law Library and the Washington Landlord Association. In the past few years, Travis Eller presented lectures approved for continuing legal education credit and/or real estate continuing education for the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, the Seminar Group, and the National Business Institute.

The National Institute for Trial Advocacy awarded Mr. Eller its “Advocate” designation. He is a member of the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers.
