Our attorney Travis Scott Eller has been practicing landlord-tenant law in Washington for more than twenty-five years. He has handled many hundreds of eviction cases and civil lawsuits through hearings, trials, and appeals. Mr. Eller frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars on landlord-tenant matters. Our office handles evictions on a volume basis, but we devote time to making sure clients are prepared and confident for any necessary court appearances.
Legal career.
Attorney Travis Scott Eller has more than a quarter-century of experience and has handled thousands of landlord-tenant and eviction cases and business litigation cases through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate courts. Mr. Eller achieved the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s “Advocate” designation. He is a member of the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers.
Attorney Travis Eller frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars. Mr. Eller has appeared on discussion panels for the King County Law Library and the Washington Landlord Association. In the past few years, Travis Eller presented lectures approved for continuing legal education credit and/or real estate continuing education for the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, the Seminar Group, and the National Business Institute.
Background and interests.
While in college Travis Eller interned in his congressman’s local field office and then in Washington, D.C. He was president of the Political Science/Pre-Law Club as an undergraduate and scored in the 96th percentile on the LSAT. He was awarded a law school scholarship and served on the Moot Court Board in law school. As a legal intern, Mr. Eller wrote an appellate brief in a successful appeal.
He worked for other firms for several years and then started his own legal practice in 2003.
He enjoys chess, golf, travel, and fitness, and is active in Toastmasters.
