Travis Scott Eller is the founding attorney and owner of Eller Law Firm PLLC, a boutique law firm dedicated to landlord‑tenant and real property matters. For more than twenty‑five years, attorney Travis Scott Eller has represented Washington landlords in hundreds of eviction actions and civil lawsuits, handling cases through hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. We handle a steady stream of landlord‑tenant matters, but remain committed to personal attention and thorough client preparation.

Legal Career

Mr. Eller earned the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s “Advocate” designation and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers.

He regularly presents at continuing legal education seminars. He has served as a speaker for the King County Law Library, the Seminar Group, and the National Business Institute. His presentations have been approved for both legal CLE credit and real estate continuing education.

Background and Interests

While in college, Travis Eller interned in both his congressman’s district office and on Capitol Hill. He served as president of the Political Science/Pre‑Law Club, scored in the 96th percentile on the LSAT, earned a law school scholarship, and served on the Moot Court Board. During a legal internship, he drafted an appellate brief that resulted in a successful appeal.

After working for several firms, he founded his own practice in 2003.

When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Eller enjoys writing, blogging, chess, golf, travel, and fitness, and he stays active in Toastmasters.
