Attorney Travis Eller to Lecture at Legal Education Seminars

Attorney Travis Scott Eller will lecture on landlord-tenant law at two continuing legal education seminars this fall. Mr. Eller will present on the topic “Terminations and Evictions: When the Love is Gone” at the National Business Institute’s “Washington Landlord-Tenant Law From Start to Finish: Practical Insights From Lease Agreement to Post-Tenancy Issues” on October 18, 2023. Travis Eller Featured at Spring Workshop + Tradeshow

Landlord-tenant attorney Travis Eller will be presenting a three-hour session at the 2018 Rental Housing Association Spring Workshop + Tradeshow April 11. Travis Eller’s presentation is entitled “Avoiding Pitfalls in Landlord-Tenant Law from Move-in to Move-Out.”  Topics include: traps for the unwary in evictions, tenants with disabilities, storage of tenant’s belongings, new Seattle landlord-tenant laws, and more.  Property mangers and landlords can register on the RHA website.

Landlord Attorney Travis Eller–NITA Advocate

The National Institute for Trial Advocacy is the self-described “premier provider of learning-by-doing education for the legal profession.”  NITA emphasizes instruction workshop-style. Attorneys get practice on their feet doing the actual work they do in real life, with feedback from esteemed colleagues and judges. To achieve NITA’s Advocate status requires completion of required advanced learning-by-doing seminars, plus one elective at the NITA headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. Several years ago Travis Eller completed these requirements and NITA awarded him its “Advocate” designation.
